Our experience with our Monogram built
home in Oyster Harbor has been exceptional. We settled on our home in June
2004. We thought we would be really happy here but
our experience has exceeded all of our expectations. Throughout
the process, we were quite impressed with the attentiveness

the floor plan, the neighborhood, the neighbors, and the
quality of the home construction.
