Selections & Structural Changes: We work together to help you make all the right choices. We even give you ample time to finalize your selections and structural changes with your sales manager.
Pre-Construction Orientation: You will meet with our office personnel, as well as your community sales manager and project superintendent who will manage the building, construction, and inspections of your home. Together they will review your architectural plan, site plan, selected options and explain the overall homebuilding process.
Quality Walk: Every Monogram home is inspected and signed off on by a member of senior management prior to settlement.
Pre-Settlement Demonstration: Your project superintendent will comprehensively demonstrate the ins and outs of your new home. During the walkthrough, any issues will be noted in writing and addressed in a timely manner.
